Kyron was born in 575 (AU)(After Unity), as the high prince and rightful heir to the throne of Overna. From a young age his strategic and tactical intelligence was made clear when he began observing his fathers war council, learning the ways of war and trained in martial combat from some of the finest generals of the kingdom. While his cruel and sadistic nature was made obvious when he castrated a young soldier for glaring at him on the battlefield, his public demeanor was that of a charitable and beloved son of the king.
At the age of thirteen he helped plan the subjugation of the emerald isles. At the age of fifteen, he commanded a fleet of fifty warships in the broken isles, clearing out criminals and pirates that had been plaguing those waters for over a decade. Leaving corpses of his prisoners hung splayed out upon trees and nailed through their hands and feet. At the age of eighteen he was charged with putting down a rebellious baron in the far north refusing to pay taxes and declaring independence.
It is said that the snow was turned red with the blood of the rebels and the town covered in ashes after it was burned to the ground. But his worst offense by far was the burning of Zethir. At the age of twenty, he was told to take part in a diplomatic mission to the free city of Zethir, which had been funding various pirates and criminal gangs throughout the kingdom.
Unknown to his father, Kyron had taken a single barrel of Arcadian Flame as insurance incase they refused to yield. But the people of the free cities are a stubborn folk. Within three days the talks had devolved into insults and threats of open war. Before returning home, he hired a group of mercenaries to unleash hell upon them. Utterly destroying the city of a hundred thousand souls with arcadian fire. The ruins of Zethir acting as a "lesson" to those who would dare stand against him.
